4 Returns Policy
Anand Fashions Ltd take strict measures to ensure that all products are in perfect condition when delivered to you. However, on the odd occasion products can be damaged during transportation. In these circumstances we will replace the item(s) at no further cost to you, providing that an email is sent within 48 hours of delivery. An email must be sent to "info@anandfashions.co.uk" detailing the Order Number, product details, price and product faults. All damaged goods should be returned to Anand Fashions Ltd and upon receipt of these goods an investigation on our part will ascertain where the fault lies. Products that are ordered per individual specifications are carefully checked to ensure all measurements/colours that are given by the customer are correct before products are sent. We cannot refund/exchange any goods unless these items are damaged during transportation. Products that are not made to measure can be returned providing that an email is sent within 14 days of receipt of the products and they are sent back in its original unused condition. In such cases, customers should be aware that any returned transportation costs are liable by the customer.5 Colour Representation
The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate.
6 Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. Cancellations must be made by emailing at info@anandfashions.co.uk Please state your name, order number and price on the email. All cancellations are subject to a 15% charge of the total order value or a minimum £10.

Every effort will be made to deliver products that ordered on the correct delivery date. In the unlikely circumstance of non-delivery liability is restricted to the order value.
